About
Reverse Mentoring as a Career Accelerator for Women in Insurance
Reverse mentoring is one of those rare spaces where real conversations happen, the kind that help women feel seen, heard, and genuinely connected across different stages of their insurance careers.
This workshop brings together emerging talent and experienced professionals to explore how sharing perspectives can spark understanding, confidence, and meaningful change in a sector that’s still finding its way forward. In this bitesize session, we’ll look at reverse mentoring as a practical, supportive partnership.
Emerging talent brings fresh insight, lived experience, and a clear view of what the future of insurance needs. Established talent bring context, wisdom, and the ability to turn ideas into action. Together, we’ll explore how these relationships build trust, strengthen influence, and help women open doors for themselves and for each other.
We will learn:
- Why reverse mentoring matters, and modern-day models
- A "walk in my shoes" experiment lab
- How women can use reverse mentoring to build influence
- How to build your reverse mentoring blueprint
A calendar invite will be sent to your email. If you plan to attend, please accept the invitation. For any questions or additional requests, contact Toni at toni@isc-group.co or click on the below button.
